Philips TV image jumping

Hello,

I am reaching out to you regarding a sudden problem with my Philips TV, which I have had for years now.
Yesterday, when I turned it on, the image started jumping while 30 minutes before, it was working perfectly.
Here’s what it looks like:

Is it possible to repair it myself?

    For my part, warranty return, the screen was changed because the electronic board that manages this part is soldered to the screen and cannot be replaced...
