Replay issue

Hello,
Please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed. A friend of mine has a Freebox Mini 4K. The TV works fine. She is having problems with Replay. It doesn't work on France TV or M6. On TF1, after the ad, it goes back to the selection. For other channels, like Arte and W9, Replay is okay.
I had her perform a factory reset through the menus. It didn't change anything. She mentioned that this issue had already appeared about a year ago. They had removed the data related to the account (she doesn't remember exactly), and that had resolved it. But there's no way to find that in the menus now.
And, of course, I can't go there as it's quite far.
Do you have any ideas?

I advised the person in question to contact Free.
After many twists and turns on the phone, Free replied that they couldn't do anything.
And it started working correctly again 2 or 3 days later.
