Grandin TV Channel Search Issue

Hello everyone,

I just bought a Grandin TV for my grandmother who is currently hospitalized. I followed the installation procedure and started the automatic channel search which says 'No channels found, check the antenna.'
According to the staff, the TV has always worked in this room so there should be no issue with the antenna.
I tried using another cable but it gives the same result.
Is there any manipulation or setting that I might have forgotten?

Hi, same problem, but I don't know if the issue is with my TV or my antenna, I'm a bit lost.
