Bluetooth connection issue

Hello,

I just acquired a Lrecat Q23 smartwatch that I want to install on my Samsung A22 4G. The device name (Q23-06B6) is indeed in the paired devices in Bluetooth, but when I click on it to connect, a message appears saying "an application is required to use this device."

I am wondering about the compatibility of my two devices.

If someone could explain how to solve my Bluetooth connection problem, they would be my savior.

So far it seems logical to me, a connected watch needs an application to use the functions. Without it, it is useless. So look at the manufacturer's side.
