Bluetooth issue with Clementoni cyber robot

Hello, yesterday I received a programmable Clementoni cyber robot (science & technology game)

But I have a problem with the Bluetooth mode; I can't connect it to my iPad mini 2

How do I do it? Thanks in advance (-;

    Hello, after 1 hour of searching, all you need to do is enable location on your phone and it works. If it can help...
