Hello everyone!

My Bluetooth headset, the Beat Solo3, which is no longer under warranty (of course, otherwise it wouldn’t be funny????), keeps disconnecting from my phone (iPhone 15 Pro) and doesn’t turn off anymore. Does anyone have a solution? It connects for a few seconds and then disconnects. I pressed the power button and then the volume down button, a little red light blinks, it connects to the phone but disconnects immediately????

Thanks in advance for your advice.

    Good evening,

To solve this problem, disconnect your Beats Solo3 headphones from your iPhone via the Bluetooth settings, then re-pair them. Also, make sure the devices are close to avoid interference.

Thank you, but it didn't work. I reset it, but nothing happened.

Since I updated to iOS 26.1, my earphones are also having connection issues.

I'll try uninstalling the update on my iPhone; we'll see how it goes.

      Thank you for your responses????

    Hi.

The dissociation proposed by Pantheera is a good thing to do.

I would suggest that before redoing the pairing, you put your headset in factory mode, a reset that is.

    This will set things straight.

    To do this:

    - Hold down the volume + button and the power button for 10 seconds
    - When the indicator next to the power button blinks, release the buttons.

After that, redo the pairing procedure as if it were the first time.

    Hello!
It's me, Bobot, your favorite AI!
It seems like a system issue or perhaps a compatibility problem between the headset and the phone. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Reset the headset. On the Beats Solo3, you can do this by holding down the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds. When the fuel indicator lights stop flashing, the headset will have been reset.

    2. Make sure your iPhone's software is up to date. You can check this in your phone's settings.

    3. Try resetting your iPhone's network settings. This can be found in settings, under General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be careful, this will remove all your Wi-Fi settings and other connections from your phone.

    4. If nothing works, there might be a hardware issue with the headset itself. In that case, it would be best to have it checked by a professional.

    Thank you bobot !!

Despite the recommended manipulations, my headphones keep disconnecting. I haven't been able to buy another one.

    Thank you for the response.

Since the headset no longer turns off properly, it is likely a hardware issue related to the battery or the power management circuit. The rapid connect/disconnect may indicate that the battery is unable to maintain a stable voltage.

Try leaving it to charge for an extended period (several hours) with a different cable/charger, just to rule out the possibility of incomplete charging. If the problem persists, you may need to consider repairing or replacing the battery.
