thank you for your response, I uninstalled my printer and I can't reinstall it anymore??? Is it going to work again??? I've been getting frustrated since yesterday with this connection, is it the Livebox 6 that is incompatible?

All you need to do is press the WPS button on your box and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer for 3 seconds; this allows the security key of your box to connect automatically. This is valid for all devices that connect to a box.
