HP Deskjet 3630 Series Printer Issues

After updating Windows 10, my printer is no longer recognized by the computer. The message says: unexpected configuration problem 0x800700c1

    Hello as well,
    In such a case, without trying to understand, I reinstall the machine, nine times out of ten it works normally afterwards.
    This is just a suggestion, the decision is yours!
    However, before proceeding with the reinstallation, you must imperatively eliminate all traces of it on the PC.
    Disconnect the printer from the PC if it is connected via USB, then restart the computer.
    Download and install the driver/software suite DJ3630_Full_WebPack_40.13.1176.exe then start the installation.
    Select how to connect the printer to the PC when the installation procedure specifies it and continue.

      Thank you glg29 for this quick response, I have uninstalled the printer and installed the indicated suite... which led to the creation of a new "One Note" printer
      But still no connection between my computer and the machine!
      I will stop for today because it's frustrating me

        If you're stressing over it, it's better to take a break, it's recommended.
