No Entry Mouse Cursor

Hello,
Forgotten password, so you click on the appropriate link "Forgot your password?". Okay. You need to provide your username, a postal code... so far, so good. You receive an email containing a link to click on. Perfect. Two fields to fill in: the username and a new password (twice for confirmation). The password is deemed correct and strong. Good. Then you just have to click on the "Submit" button. And there, the mouse pointer takes on the shape and color of a no-entry sign, and it's impossible to click.
Do you see what the problem could be? And how to solve it?
Thank you.

Hello.
2 suggestions:
Try Edge instead of FF (Microsoft is quite suspicious about certain choices).
Make sure there isn't a checkbox regarding the terms and conditions hidden somewhere.
Firefox is not to blame. As I'm with Free myself, I simulated the loss of my password and went through the procedure without any problem using my Firefox. I did the same with my brother (also using Firefox) via TeamViewer, and I noticed the issue on his end.
I think that the Free procedure is not the problem, but rather that my brother's computer could use some maintenance. However, I don't have any leads.
To be continued. Thank you anyway for the suggestions.

No. My brother lost his password to log into his Free account. This is the Free procedure for password recovery. It ends with the choice of a new password, and it's when we want to click on the Send button, at the end of the procedure, that it happens.
