Black or striped screen

Hello,
On my Hisense television, the screen turns black after a few minutes, but the sound still works. If I turn it off and then on again, the picture comes back perfectly, only to disappear again after a few minutes. However, it has also happened, especially when the television was connected to an HDMI source, that a striped image appeared.
Do you have any idea about the cause of this malfunction? Motherboard, backlight system, or something else?

Hello,
To complete the description, it is a Hisense 55NEC5600.
And when the screen is black and I bring a light source close, I don't see anything particular. I understand that if we can distinguish the image, it's the backlighting system that is at fault. So does this mean that it could be the motherboard causing the problem?

Boulanger's customer service, based on the photos, told us it was the panel and that they couldn't repair it.
We then took it to a small independent repairer, who also reported a panel issue (unfortunately, I would have preferred it to be the motherboard, which is easier to replace). He contacted Hisense for spare parts and is supposed to get back to us. But we have little hope. If Boulanger did nothing, it's probably because the reparability is either low or overpriced...
