BSOD Issue: VIDEO TDR FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys)

Hello, as stated in the title, I've been experiencing BSODs for quite a while, most often when I searched for the error code of a BSOD (they were often different) online, the sites often referred to a RAM issue, it seems, and it's true that every time I had a blue screen and after that it was impossible to turn on the computer (for example, 2/3 days ago after a BSOD when I wanted to turn on my pc, the button turned orange and the computer beeped 3 times in a row then nothing and all that in a loop) but all I had to do was remove the RAM sticks, blow on the sticks and the connection plug, replace everything, and the computer would work again. After that, I still had BSODs (most often not long after launching a game) except these BSODs almost always had the same error code which is: VIDEO TDR FAILURE and the failing component: nvlddmkm.sys. I searched everything online, and most sites talked about a graphics driver problem; they proposed solutions to fix it that I tried:

- (yesterday) Install the latest driver offered for my graphics card using the Driver Booster application. [The problem persists.]

- (today) Go to Device Manager to remove my graphics card as well as its driver, restart the computer, then wait for the computer to reinstall everything by itself. [The problem persists.]

- (a few hours ago) Execute in CMD the command: "sfc /scannow" to fix part of the issues related to corrupted files, apparently it detected and removed some, so I launched a game to test and it lagged very slightly, so I enabled the Overclocking mode in the AORUS application of my graphics card, then I activated to test, the function that keeps the fans on all the time, a few seconds after that, another BSOD with the same error code and since that one, when I turn on my computer, it powers on but doesn't send any image to the screen.

Here’s my configuration:

- Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti (Windforce and OC edition)

- Intel Core i5 2500

- Hyper X RAM stick 2x4 gb DDR3 1866

- PSU:

- Unknown motherboard

There, I think I’ve said everything (given the length) so thank you for taking the time to read.

Hello.

Uninstall your Nvidia graphics card driver using DDU and reinstall it:

Be careful, once the driver is uninstalled with DDU, install driver version 517.48 because the latest Nvidia driver version 526.47 has issues.

Well, since I did what you advised, my computer hasn't given me any BSODs for the moment, so if it happens again, I'll let you know, but in any case, thank you for your help!
