Hello,

Regularly during gameplay or otherwise, a blue screen appears saying that an error has occurred and that Windows has been stopped to prevent damage to the hardware.

At the bottom of the screen, the error is described, or at least I think so,

Stop: 0*0000008E (0*000005, 0*B9691708, 0*B7B68138, 0*00000000)

Klif.sys address B9691708 base at B9687000 datestamp 41a723b9

So there it is, I don’t really know what this means or what to do.
I found some information about a possible flaw in Kaspersky (antivirus) but I didn’t find anything more.

I thank anyone who can help me.
Configuration: Windows XP Ultimate edition II Nvidia GeForce 4 ti 4200 512 ddr333 AMD Athlon 2200+

There is a problem with Kaspersky, you need to uninstall it to be able to use your computer normally (and then reinstall it later).

To do this, start in safe mode (press F8 or F5 when starting your computer and then select safe mode). You cannot uninstall Kaspersky in safe mode, so:

Start/programs/startup and remove Kaspersky, then Start/Run/msconfig/startup uncheck avp (which is Kaspersky).

Restart your PC normally and start the uninstallation of Kaspersky.

And it’s all set ^^.

I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.
