Four-wire fan: what are they used for?

Hello, I have a 4-wire Everflow fan: black, green, yellow, blue. I would like to know the purpose of these 4 wires.

PS: the fan model is: F129025SU from Everflow.

    I'm explaining my project: I would like to run this plug-in fan with a transformer (12v) but I can't find the positive and negative cables so I can't connect it to my socket.
