    Yes, Windows is up to date

    Manufacturer: UNOWHY

    Model: Y13G012S4EI

    I know it's the school computer, but I'm the administrator, don't worry about it

    For the 3 PCI\VEN_8086, try these drivers:

    --> Intel
    --> ISST
    --> TXEI

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    For the 2 ACPI:

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    For the ACPI\VEN_ESSX...., download this driver --> Audio

    Right-click on the driver --> esaudriver_4a87b8706551_.......cab
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "esaudriver_4a87b8706551_.......\"

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the device --> ACPI\VEN_ESSX....
    Update driver
    Browse my computer for drivers
    Browse
    Select the unzipped driver folder --> ACPI\VEN_ESSX....
    OK, next

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    For the ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D5, download this driver --> HID Intel

    Right-click on the driver --> HID Monitor_Intel_2.2.1.386_W11x64_A.zip
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "HID Monitor_Intel_2.2.1.386_W11x64_A\"

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the device --> ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D5
    Update driver
    Browse my computer for drivers
    Browse
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D5
    Select the folder --> HID Monitor_Intel_2.2.1.386_W11x64
    OK, next

    This device corresponds to the TXEI, which is the Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface

    Do you still have a section --> other devices?
    If so, what is the problematic device?

    What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> mmsys.cpl and OK.

    In the Playback tab, what do you have as default (speakers)?
    Example image:

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> services.msc and OK

    Double-click on --> Windows Audio
    Check that the service status is indeed running and set to automatic in the startup type.
