Yes, Windows is up to date

Manufacturer: UNOWHY

Model: Y13G012S4EI

I know it's the school computer, but I'm the administrator, don't worry about it

This device corresponds to the TXEI, which is the Intel(R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface

Do you still have a section --> other devices?
If so, what is the problematic device?

What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

In controller, audio, video and game I have:

- ESAuDriver Device

- Intel(R) Sound

- Intel Smart Sound Technology

Press Windows + R
Type --> mmsys.cpl and OK.

In the Playback tab, what do you have as default (speakers)?
Example image:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Press Windows + R
Type --> services.msc and OK

Double-click on --> Windows Audio
Check that the service status is indeed running and set to automatic in the startup type.
