Why a blank page when clicking bottom-left bar t

Solved

Hello

How can I remove the blank page that appears every time I click at the bottom, far left, of the taskbar? Usually this left click opens a page with various information. To open my usual page I have to click on the Firefox icon and the usual page opens. Do you have an explanation? I am using Windows 11. Thanks for your help

    It’s possible that your Windows 11 installation isn’t perfect or that some of your preferences have been modified. To resolve this issue, you can try the following solutions:

    1. Reset the taskbar default settings. You can do this by going to Settings > System > Taskbar, and resetting all settings to their original state.

    2. Check if there are any updates available for your system. Sometimes this kind of problem can be resolved by a simple update.

    3. If the problem persists, you can attempt a Windows 11 repair. To do this, go to Settings > System > Recovery, then select Reset this PC. Make sure to back up all your data before proceeding.

    If the problem still persists, it might be helpful to contact Microsoft Support for more in-depth assistance.

      Hello

        I have the explanation. At the very top left and outside the white page there is a blue square icon " widgets " and below it two small drawings about 1 cm each, one blue and one red, with the shortcut " découv ". When I click on it, it displays the information broadcast, I think, by MSN;

       Thanks for the help provided.
