My printer no longer prints red/pink.

Good evening ^^
I have an "Epson BX 300f", it works as a printer/scanner/copier, the scanner works well, the printer and copier too, except that it no longer takes into account the color red, pink, and orange... well, everything that mixes with the magenta cartridge!
I thought I was out of ink (knowing that the printer didn't indicate the cartridge was empty), so I replaced it, but the problem persists!
I even changed all the cartridges but nothing, the magenta cartridge does not print :/
Can I find out how to fix this problem? Preferably at home? I hate repair shops :/
