Hello,

I have the following problem:

When I print double-sided in landscape format in Word, the sheets come out upside down. Generally, this issue can be resolved by selecting "short edge" or "long edge," but this option is not available in the menu and/or print settings.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

    Hello,

I just did a test with Word 2019

In the layout, the orientation is set to "Landscape".

When I request printing through Word, I see the following menu, with what I've selected:

By clicking on Printer Properties on this same page, I was able to verify that the settings were transmitted to the printer and there was nothing to adjust.

In fact, the printout is perfect.

What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.

    Hello,

It seems that either the printer does not have these options, or that the duplex mode is not enabled in the printer's own settings, which can be accessed in various ways depending on the model (specific software, left-clicking on the printer in the control panel).

Personally, I have the two options you mentioned plus a third one (manual introduction), though I haven't tested them.
