Icon Overlay Icon Inlay

Hello,

I use a Freebox Pop and the player to access TV programs, including Replay. I plugged an external hard drive into the player where digital files are stored; the drive contents appear and I can select the file I’m interested in. I was given files containing videos. I play them with the VLC app which is available on the player. But for some files, the VLC icon appears as an overlay in the middle of the screen and it spins, which ruins the viewing experience. Is there a way to make this overlaid icon disappear?

    Hello,

    This VLC behavior corresponds to loading or searching for the file...

    Maybe it can’t find your external drive...? or the files do not conform to text (accents, spaces, names too long, etc... what is their "extension"..?)

    Try to check the names of your files that cause this problem..? what is the common trait..?

    There might be two copies of the VLC application... One in the player and another in the smart TV?? and both play the movie at the same time..? or try to play...

    I am not able to test it.
