Livebox orange frequently disconnects

Hello, I currently have an Orange Livebox, I am currently using the Livebox Play along with the Livebox Play TV decoder, and more and more frequently lately, at the slightest bit of bad weather, the slightest gust of wind, rain or storm, the Livebox stops providing us with internet, so automatically we no longer have TV and we no longer have a phone. The Livebox has been restarted more than 10 times and the decoder doesn't change anything... I really don't know what to do apart from opting for a more recent box, so the Livebox 4... I don't know... If anyone has any help or response to offer me, I would be grateful.
(I'm asking my question here because at Orange, apart from doing automatic diagnostics for about 3 minutes to tell us that something is wrong... I feel like that's the only thing to do when there's a problem... Which of course won't help matters...)
