Hello,

Hello, my Livebox lights up but says there is no Orange network. I have a technician who should logically come, but he's asking me for 69 euros. How can I restore the network by myself because I don't know anything about it. Thanks

    Is it a Fiber or ADSL connection?

    The message in question usually indicates a problem with the external line at Orange

    You don’t have to pay if that's the case

    If it's ADSL, you need to connect the box to the DTI socket

    If the problem persists, it’s their issue

    If it disappears, it’s in your internal installation (check all connections from the box to the telephone line)

    If it’s a fiber connection, there’s nothing you can do, it’s their problem.
