Infinite loading issue

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem that I can't solve.

When I start the PC, it is on the Gigabyte BIOS, a screen appears with boot options (F10, DEL, etc.)

I went into the BIOS to check the settings and play with them, everything is fine.

I went into the BIOS to boot from the USB drive where I installed the Windows software to recover the system / repair / reinstall, and nothing happens.

I tried to plug and unplug the RAM alternately, nothing changes, I replaced the SSD with a new one that works (I'm 100% sure) with the tool to install Windows on it, nothing changes.
I connected the old SSD externally to a working PC and it opens without any problem, so I don't think it had an issue.

In short, I'm calling on the community to help me understand why, no matter what I do, I get stuck on the Gigabyte page with the loading circle spinning endlessly (we let the computer run like that for 18 hours).

Hello.

If your BIOS is in Legacy mode, switch it to UEFI, or if your BIOS is in UEFI mode, switch it to Legacy.

Check if that resolves your issue.

Hello and thank you for your reply.

We eventually found the problem; it was a HDD causing all the issues. It's often the silly things that don't come to mind first.

Now we will try to recover the data from it so we don't lose everything, hoping that it won't cause trouble on an external USB drive, but if worse comes to worst, we know how to reinstall now ????
