Laptop RAM upgrade, need help

Hello,

I would like to add RAM to my Thomson Neo 17 laptop; apparently there are available slots, but when I opened the laptop, I couldn’t see where... Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    These are low-cost laptops where the RAM is soldered to the motherboard in the form of 4 slots of 2 Gb, and they probably wouldn't support more than this value in each slot if we had access to it.
