EJ Full E081 Casio SE S100

Hello, I bought a Casio SE-S100 register, and for the past 2 weeks, I've had a full EJ, E081. This causes me cash register errors, and I'm getting ripped off when trying to process payments. How can I get rid of this full EJ E081?
