Stuck on Aptio Setup Utility at Boot - KUU 2 in 1

Good evening,
Context: I ordered a KUU LeBook Pro on Amazon this week. I unpacked it, it worked perfectly and all that.
It was the next morning that the problem arose when I went to the PC that had been in sleep mode overnight because I was extracting data from a USB stick with File Recovery to transfer it to the PC (the USB stick was inaccessible because when I connect it to the computer, a message asked me to format it).
So I sat down at the PC to finish extracting the data from my USB stick and suddenly I got a blue screen with a Windows error message that mentioned something I can't quite recall and that it would proceed to restart. Then the Aptio Setup Utility mode appeared. No matter how many times I restarted the PC, I always ended up back in this mode without being able to do anything.
I looked up information online and found quite a few similar cases where people were stuck in this mode (mainly on ASUS) and several solutions were suggested explaining that I needed to go into Secure Boot mode and set it to "disabled" and set the launch CSM option in boot mode to "enabled," before saving the settings and restarting the PC.
The issue is that the launch CSM option does not appear on my screen and I have absolutely no idea how to identify the problem or how to restart my PC normally.
I tried to contact KUU on their site and I should receive an email from them, even though they are an English group and I'm not sure I'll be able to communicate well with them.
So I wanted to ask for your opinion here in parallel.
