My MSI laptop freezes at startup.

Hello, since this morning when I turn on my MSI laptop (the GE62 2QC Apache), it gets stuck immediately at the "MSI" logo.
Therefore, it is impossible to do anything as no keys are responding.

I have already checked for solutions on the internet, but none seem to match my problem.

If anyone has a solution, I would be thrilled.

Thank you in advance.

(I have Windows 10 and just yesterday the laptop was working perfectly.)

Hello,

Can you access your computer's BIOS? Just press the "Delete" key several times.

If that doesn't work, try removing the HDD or SSD (if it's not soldered) and attempt to access the BIOS.

You can also try testing the RAM sticks: you need to test them one by one and start the computer each time.

So, first of all, from your response

Impossible to access the BIOS
Can you tell me what HDD and SSD are on a PC? I know nothing about it (even though I can’t really remove anything, everything seems to be soldered)

As for the RAM sticks, I also don’t know where to find them.

The HDD is the hard drive (Hard Drive Disk). The SSD is a solid state drive (Solid State Drive).
There are panels under the computer. You need to unscrew these panels, but if everything is soldered, you cannot test...

If your laptop matches this one:

Then there is nothing we can do, as there is no panel.

I see only two solutions: either you find a repair shop that will give you a free or inexpensive quote, or you buy another one... I'm sorry, but since everything is soldered, we won't be able to repair it...

For this, I have two addresses:
https://www.pcspecialist.fr/pc-portables/
With the above address, you can choose the configuration for your laptop.

https://www.eurocom.com/ec/main()ec
With the above address, you can choose a custom configuration. However, be careful of customs fees. That said, with Eurocom computers, everything is assembled on site, and nothing is soldered. Plus, you can change the parts yourself! Even if, as you say, you don’t know much about it, you can find someone nearby who will be willing to help you if needed.

I recommend not to go for an MSI laptop. I've seen quite a few people have issues with this brand. If you need advice, feel free to ask for help! Sorry I can't assist you...
