Active the .. no longer appears

Hello, I have several contacts I regularly talk to, and the "Active X minutes ago" does not appear anymore. How can I resolve this issue, please?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Messenger, but nothing works. Can you please help me?

Hello,

It seems that the "last active status" option has been disabled.

To resolve this:

Log into your Messenger account if you are not already logged into the mobile app.

Select the "Account" option.

Select "active status".

Enable active status if it is disabled. Otherwise, you can disable it and then re-enable it.

Normally, this should solve the problem.

Thank you, but it's not working...???? The status is activated
I activated it, deactivated it...nothing works...
It only concerns certain people... active since ... is no longer present...

Hello again,

This may then come from other users.

If they disable the option mentioned above, it affects your application.

As a result, you cannot see their status if they have disabled it on their application.

I checked with these people, they haven't disabled the option below. I only see it when they are online.. then I don't see it active anymore for 10 minutes...
