Good evening everyone,

I have an Asus T200TA that is stuck on the low battery logo during startup, it was working normally, and all of a sudden, it won't start anymore. Here are the symptoms:

- The pc does not turn on without the power supply,
- When connecting the pc to power, the charging light blinks orange,
- When pressing only the power button, the camera LED lights up once, then turns off, then turns back on with the low battery logo appearing and disappearing after 2 seconds,

Here’s what I’ve tried, without solving the problem:

- I left the pc plugged in for 48 hours,
- I tried different combinations of volume -, +, windows, and power buttons to force the startup,
- I disconnected the battery and left the pc like that overnight,
- I disconnected the battery, pressed the power button several times, and left it like that overnight,

Everything seems to point to the battery, however, what I don't understand is that the pc was working fine with the battery that was holding up very well.

Thank you in advance for your help and advice,

Sincerely,

Hello and thank you for your response.
However, this hard reset requires the tablet to be turned on, whereas mine doesn't even start.

    Good evening,
I have new elements. When connecting the PC to the mains without the battery, it obviously doesn't start, but the indicator blinks in the same way as when the battery is in.
It could be that the battery isn't receiving any power and that I should charge it directly without going through the PC.
I will try to get an external charger and attempt to charge the battery, and if the PC starts, I will check the charging status.
    Have a good evening.
