Facebook blocked for "requested review" for already 13 days

Hello,

I have had a Facebook account for over ten years. I had never encountered any problems before.

Two weeks ago, I received a notification stating that someone had logged into my account from an unknown computer, and Facebook asked me to clarify if it was me, and if not, to change my password.

I immediately changed the password.

I was then able to access Facebook for a few more hours. The next morning, when I tried to log in, I received the following notification:

"Review Requested
If we find that your posts or comments violate Community Standards, your account will remain disabled.
We care about people's safety on Facebook, which is why you will not be able to use Facebook while we review your posts and comments."

It seems that Facebook is currently analyzing my profile.

I tried to send information, as I have heard that sometimes it is useful to provide an ID, but that is impossible since the account is locked.

However, I am starting to worry as it has been 13 days already, and nothing has progressed. My account is no longer accessible from other accounts, and I am concerned that I have lost all my photos and conversations.

I attempted to log into my old Hotmail address, which was linked to my Facebook account, but Gmail informed me that it had been hacked.

I am feeling a bit lost. Do you think I can still hope to recover my account?

Furthermore, when I log out, Facebook tells me this: "Are you sure you want to log out?
You have only 17 days left to request a review. After this time, your account will be permanently disabled."

This seems totally absurd considering that the welcome message states that the review is ongoing...

    I have already tried this form, but every time the answer is the same: "Warning
    Unable to send your information
    Log in to your account to return to Facebook or check the additional instructions."

    However, it is impossible for me to log into my account, as it is blocked..

    Do you know if there are any other ways?

      Other than waiting, there is no way.

      Since Facebook tells you: 
      that your posts or comments do not comply with Community Standards, your account will remain disabled.

      If Facebook deems that this is the case, it is likely that you will not be able to recover your account.

      There is no solution only Facebook can act on the accounts so it has to be with and only with Facebook that this should be addressed.

      Unfortunately, there is nothing "to see" with Facebook as there is no way to contact them...

      Thank you for your response. It's really crazy, I didn't think this kind of thing was possible.

      I hope you haven't lost too much data and photos :(

      I don't think there is a solution. For my next account, I'm going to link it to my phone number as well, so I can recover it in case of hacking of the email address. Apparently, that's the only security possible.

    The phone number doesn't change anything, mine was already associated…

    Good evening, I have the same issue as you, my account was hacked and someone posted a pornographic post in the middle of the night. Since then, it’s been blocked and I have submitted a dispute request, but everything is still blocked. Has it been resolved for you?

    It's been a week since I had the same problem!

    I'm still waiting for the results of my reexamination request and the message says they may not be able to review my account because there are fewer people available to examine the information due to the pandemic!

    Did they finally reactivate your account on your side?

      There are thousands of you on this forum asking this recurring question; it would be good to read everything that has already been said. First, you must know that these problems can only be resolved by Facebook.

      As for the timelines, for the umpteenth time, I repeat, it is measured in days for the rare lucky ones, but more often in weeks or months, or even longer. Sometimes there is never a response.

      Since Facebook is free, you should not expect quick assistance, which is normal, given that it is free and Facebook has no obligation.

    I have had the same problem for two weeks, Facebook has blocked my two Facebook and Instagram accounts :/ I can't even recover my photos :'(
