Remove exam mode from a Casio Graph 35+ E.

Hello,

I did the necessary steps to successfully remove it but it just doesn't work.
Could you give me some advice?

    select the EXAM menu (F3) and choose F1: Unlock Exam Mode (F1) and confirm (F1). The message "Complete!" indicates that the Ex calculator is no longer in exam mode. The message "Exit Exam Mode" appears on the Ex calculator. Press Exit to leave exam mode.
