Promotion under review

Hello everyone
Instagram is offering me to promote my posts. I've been trying for over a month. More than ten attempts and still the same result "promotion under review." And it stays like that even after several weeks
I tried to report it but nothing works, no response. Does anyone have any ideas?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 100.0.4896.79

      Hello,

      Have you double-checked that you have validated your payment method? As for me, I had the same issue as you until I validated my credit card. There is a verification step.
