WBFS manager blocking the formatting

Hello,

I can't format my USB drive using the WBFS manager software; it tells me that an error has occurred. Why can’t I do that?

    I solved it, it was the format of my USB drive (the format is Fat and not Fat32), but now why can't I burn my USB drive with discs on the Wii?
