Hello, for a few days now, my game (Genshin Impact) has been crashing suddenly for reasons unknown to me. To fix this, I decided to verify the game files via the launcher, but my PC blue-screened during the file download. When I restarted my computer, I got this error message
"Extended Attributes (EA) are inconsistent"
So I tried to completely uninstall the game to reinstall it, but I encountered the same problem, so I just deleted the files related to the game and decided to re-download the installer, and I still get the same message.
On several other forums, they suggest restoring Windows, but that seems a bit excessive since it's just this game, and I don't want to lose my data.
Do you have any ideas to fix this problem without reinstalling Windows?

Hello. If you perform a restore, your data will not be affected. Only system files and the registry are concerned.
If the problem has appeared recently, perform a restore. Type "RSTRUI" in the Cortana search box.
Then click "Next," check "Show more restore points," choose a point prior to the problem, then click "Next" and "Finish." If you have an antivirus other than Windows installed, disable it.
