GPU Performance Drop After Driver Update

Hello,

I have an AMD RX 5700.
After updating the AMD drivers, the performance of my graphics card has completely dropped.
My PC has slowed down significantly and I'm down from 150 fps to 30 fps in several games.
As soon as I have more than 10 tabs open, the computer lags and I have to restart it every time.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers several times under different versions but it does not work.

I hope you can help me
Thank you

(PS: I'm on Windows 10)

    Install the driver manually (message 6)

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Download this driver --> AMD

    Right-click on the driver --> amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.4.1-win10-win11-april5.exe
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.4.1-win10-win11-april5\"

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the Microsoft Basic Video Adapter
    Update driver
    Browse my computer for drivers
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have Disk
    Browse
    Go to the extracted driver folder --> amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.4.1-win10-win11-april5
    Folder --> Packages
    Folder --> Drivers
    Folder --> Display
    Folder --> WT6A_INF
    Select the file --> U0378260.inf and OK.
    Restart.

      If you are talking about drivers, yes I tried to install a version from 2020 but without success.

    Hello,

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    Go to display adapters
    Provide the hardware ID of the RX 5700
    Look at this --> Find the hardware identification number of a device
    Post the number in your next message.

    Windows 10 is not up to date.
    To upgrade to version 21H2:
    Download this -->> MediaCreationTool21H2 <<--
    Run it
    Check --> Upgrade this PC now

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    After that, check what it does for the graphics card.

      Thank you for your response, I have updated Windows 10 but the problem persists.
      After uninstalling the drivers, my graphics card is not recognized in the device manager (replaced by "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter") which prevents me from updating the driver.
      Do you have a solution?
      Thank you in advance.
