Hello,
I just changed the battery of my laptop / Windows 10, pre-charged to 35%. It charged for the first time to 80% and got stuck there. I turned everything off, restarted it, let it discharge a bit, plugged it back in, and it charged up to 92%. I removed it, put it back in, no change.
I then discharged it to 10%, but no change, it only charges up to 92%. The Windows messages are correct: "92% - 11min until full charge" with a not quite complete battery icon, but nothing else happens.
Does anyone have any ideas???
Thanks in advance and have a nice evening :-)
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 99.0

Hello.
Your battery calibration is incorrect; when you are at 92%, the battery is actually at 100%. You need to recalibrate the battery; there are plenty of tutorials online. You can also use your PC until it shuts down, thus completely draining the battery, and then recharge it.
