Battery "plugged in, not charging" DELL

Solved

Hello,

For a few days now, my battery won't charge anymore, it's stuck at 15%. When the battery is in and the cable is connected, it says "plugged in, not charging."
I don't think it's a battery issue since I just changed it (a month ago) and it was working perfectly fine before. My charger is also working well because when I remove the battery and leave the laptop plugged in, it works just fine.

Do you have a solution? What could be causing this?

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 15.0.1

    My Dell Latitude has a function to enable and disable battery charging.

    For this model, you need to press fn+F2 (function + F2)

    -> Fn + F2 Switch battery charger on/off.
