Hello,
I have a D-Link Wireless N300 USB Adapter
This dongle, as soon as I plug it in, doesn't show any networks, so I decide to go to Device Manager and I see that the driver is installed but not working...
I tried to update the driver but Windows downloaded the latest one and it still doesn't work.
Thank you for your help
(I'm attaching a photo of the dongle just in case)

Hello,
Do you have an installation DVD with the key?
It's possible that you need to insert it if it's present in your box.

Hello,
I borrowed the key from my friend, and he didn't give me a DVD or anything else, but his key worked well without installing a DVD or anything... On my old laptop, the key worked fine without installing drivers.
By the way, I don't know if this is related, but in the device manager, the driver is displayed like this (screen), and I don't know if it's normal.

No. The triangle indicates that there is a driver issue precisely.
So is the key still compatible with your operating system?
That's a lead to follow, but I don't know if there is a solution. :/
There is a download link on this page.

How to check if it is still compatible .....
It worked on the laptop running Windows 10 x64 so I think my machine should accept it especially since I just remembered, but I had previously used the key without any problem on this machine.
Regarding your link, based on the visual, I don't get the impression that it's the same key. Are you sure I'm trying to install this driver?

Hello,
First of all, I would like to apologize for the long response time...
I've followed your link, but to be honest, I had already tried and the installation did not work because it says that it "cannot detect the device connected to the machine" (screenshot below) and when I click yes, nothing changes and it just keeps doing that infinitely...

Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Go to network adapters
Give the hardware identification number of the Dlink DWA-131
Look at this --> Find the identification number of a device on PC
Post the number in your next message.
Ex: USB\VID_04F2&PID_B483
Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?

Re,
I have a bad habit of taking time to reply, to be honest, I'm not really on my PC anymore and I apologize for the wait, anyway...
I have my Windows in 64 bits and I give you the two identification numbers of the driver
- USB\VID_2001&PID_3319&REV_0200
- USB\VID_2001&PID_3319

Hello,
Have you clicked on the links I sent you?
In case your answer is no, here it is again:
https://oemdrivers.com/network-d-link-dwa-131
And to be more complete, here is another one
https://oemdrivers.com/devid/usb-vid_2001-pid_3319
But before doing anything, could you please tell us the name of your internet box (provided by your ISP)?
Because while looking into it and doing some research, I came across this topic
https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-25519688-problemes-connections-cle-wi-fi-dwa-131
It might be useful for you too.
Otherwise, you might need to physically remove your adapter and plug another USB device into the same port just to see if you have a USB port problem.
You can also check the BIOS to see if the USB ports are set to enable and not disable, or check on the motherboard in the case of a desktop PC, if there’s a jumper or connection that might be improperly connected, or even check the USB port circuits on the motherboard depending on the models.
I am providing the documentation for your adapter/connector below
