Hello,
I remember doing this on one of my boxes.
I can’t recall if it was the NB4 or NB6, but today I have this new box for fiber and it shouldn’t work any differently.
The problem is that I need help to show me again the way to access the 8 GB flash drive connected to my router, from my Windows explorer.
I would like to put documents on it.
From the interface, I’ve enabled file sharing but I don’t have the information that a drive is connected.
If someone has already done this, I thank you for guiding me.

Hello,
to connect a USB device (external hard drive or USB stick) to your box, you need to follow these steps:
connect your hard drive or USB stick formatted as NTFS to your box.
Once the device is connected, make sure it is recognized
1) Launch your box's interface at the following address 192.168.1.1 from your internet browser.
2) Select the menu "Status".
3) Then choose "Devices", your disk or USB stick should appear in the list of storage devices.
4) Launch your Internet browser. Enter in the address bar of your Internet browser the address of the Web interface of the box.
Select the menu "Applications", then "Media Server".
In the section "UPnP-AV Service", enable the service of the same name.
In the section "Shared Folders", select the folders to share, then click on the button " + ".
To activate sharing, click on the "Validate" button.
You can now access the shared folders from a device connected to your box network.
For example, from a computer running Windows, you can view photos or videos, or listen to music stored in a shared folder on the USB stick connected to your box.
Launch Windows Media Player.
Select the library named after the service (e.g.: box upnp-AV :1).
In the library content, choose the type of content you want to play: music, videos, images, or recordings.
Then start playback by clicking the "Play" button.
If the library does not appear in the media player, feel free to restart your box and your computer.

But how do I make my storage show up so I can add my music there, for example?
I know that if I copy them from the PC to the USB key, they won't be readable once connected to the box.
By the way, from the box to the PC, it appears differently as well.
If I understand correctly, AVI files won't work?
Have a good evening.
