Hello,
I need your help, as I don't know anything!
I just changed my SFR Box, and I managed to set up the internet on my phone by using the SSID and WiFi security key, but I still get this message on my laptop.
And then it says: "We couldn't connect to this network."

    there is certainly an error in the code you typed, but you can also connect via WPS (there is a WPS button on the side of the box) and your computer can connect the same way using WPS
