Hello,

I have a Word file with 200 addresses, and I would like to highlight all the addresses with the city "Paris" for example.
Is it possible? Are there any conditional formatting options in Word like in Excel?

    Hello.

    No.
    But there is the formatting you can apply to the word Paris (but not for the full address, as it changes).
    You press Ctrl+H and click on the [More >>] button
    In the {Replace with} window, you copy the same text as in the {Find} window but with the format of your choice.

    Indeed, your file works well. But for my Word document which is a mail merge, I can change the font color but I can't highlight. Too bad, I'll manage another way.

    Me, when I stayed with my first response, I didn't highlight, but changed the font format: That's just as good, as you can also bold, underline, etc.

    Hello,

    in the drop-down list Format, there is indeed Highlighting at the bottom.
    You need to select 'Replaced by' before clicking on it.
    Check that 'Formatting' of 'Replaced by' is set to 'Highlighted' (there are 3 states) and that 'Search' is empty before 'Replace all'.
    And the highlighting works.

    it works but I have a small issue how do I change the highlight color. because in my document I need to be able to highlight hundreds of cities in red, and others in green.

    Hello,

    you should look into mail merge.
    You prepare your list in Excel, and a template letter in Word is filled out for each recipient with their address.
    Do a little Google search.
