Find the most common words in Word

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way in Word to find out which word(s) is (or are) the most used (or written) in a document?

If this cannot be done directly from Word, is there a software available?

    Thank you all, I am on Mac Raymond, but what I was looking for was to know what the most used words are, not the number of times a particular word has been written :)

    Pseudo, thank you also for your reply, but lunerouge and TextStat don't work on Mac :/
    I also don't really know how to fully use Excel for this, or use macros, so I needed a site/software that does everything by itself...

    I had the idea to search in English, and I came across this great site that analyzes your text and directly gives you, for free and quickly, the most used words:
