Hello,
I'm writing with the hope that someone can help me!
I was using my computer, everything was going well until, in a moment of inattention, I accidentally pressed a key at the bottom of the keyboard (I didn't see which one). After that, my computer went to sleep (I would like to specify that I have a computer provided by Île-de-France that I got when I was in high school), and when I entered my password, the message "incorrect password" appeared, even though I displayed my password and it was indeed correct. I turned it off, restarted it (even in safe mode), but nothing works... As a student, all my classes are on this computer, I really need it!!
Thank you for reading to the end, hoping that someone can provide me with a solution, thank you in advance!!
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.2

Thank you for your response, but I cannot perform this action as I do not have access to the office; I am stuck on the page where I need to enter my password.
Hello,
Is there really only one session on this PC? Are you not trying to connect to another user without paying attention?
And didn't you set up recovery questions to reset your password?
Best regards.

You have to make a mistake the first time to see the option, but well if you haven't configured it :/
And I would be quite curious to know how a keyboard shortcut can cause this, I've never seen anything like it...
There are different methods to reset your password, for example:
https://lecrabeinfo.net/windows-10-reinitialiser-mot-de-passe-perdu-oublie.html#reinitialiser-le-mot-de-passe-dun-compte-local
Best regards.

Hello,
If it's a laptop on Wi-Fi, check that you are properly connected at the bottom right of the login page; otherwise, try connecting an Ethernet cable.
