Cannot type password

Hello,
It is impossible to type the letters of the password at the startup of the HP computer. When I type the letters, nothing appears. The numeric keypad works, though.
I have pressed some keys that have blocked the letters.

    Hello

    Windows is expecting a 4-digit PIN code. The letters on the keyboard are therefore inactive.
    You must have set this code. Find it.
