BitLocker password issue to recover data

Hello,

I would like to know how to solve a BitLocker password issue on an MMX hard drive.

The machine crashed suddenly and after forced reboot, the system is asking for a BitLocker password. Even when connecting the drive externally to attempt data recovery, the same problem occurs.

    Hello,

    It is almost impossible to format the drive, and in any case for ordinary people (and even if there were a simple method, it would not be allowed here for obvious reasons) by nature unless the recovery key has been saved locally (recorded in a file, on a piece of paper) or online (Microsoft account).
