Question

Hello everyone.

I am writing this message to help a friend.

My friend just went on vacation, and he had to take his desktop computer with him. He normally unplugged it and brought it along. Now, when he is plugging it in, it's stuck in a loop on his BIOS as shown in the image below. He doesn't know what to do, so if anyone has a solution please.

Hello, if the PC has been moved, it is possible that some cables or components have been disconnected. Is the system drive detected in the BIOS?

So yes, there is a LED that stays lit, it's the one for BOOT.

This means that the PC is unable to boot from the disk where Windows is installed. On the BIOS home page in EZ mode, go to the "storage" section and check if the system disk with Windows on it is present. If so, then just above in "Boot priority," make sure the disk is first in the boot order.

Indeed, no drive is detected; Windows is unlikely to start. If it's an M.2 SSD, make sure the drive is properly secured in its slot. If it's a SATA SSD, check that the cables connecting the drive to the motherboard are properly connected.
