Good evening, I will explain my situation: in December 2021, I took out a subscription for Xbox PC Game Pass on the Microsoft Store. Unsatisfied, I decided to cancel it. In the following days, I was unable to download anything from the Microsoft Store, receiving the message "An error has occurred on our side" for any application.
I apologize in advance for creating a forum on a topic that has already been resolved elsewhere, but it has now been almost a month since I've been searching for a solution after trying everything and consulting all the other forums regarding this issue.
I want to point out that when I try to reset the store in PowerShell, I get this message:
Get-AppXPackage: The service cannot be started because it is disabled or no enabled device is associated with it.
The service cannot be started because it is disabled or no enabled device is associated with it.
At line:1 char:1
+ Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -R ...
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Get-AppxPackage], Exception
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : System.Exception,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.GetAppxPackageCommand
Thank you so much to anyone who will try to help me; I am stuck and have no idea what to do.

Reinstalling Windows fixes everything (Windows)
Sorry for my copy-paste of myself, I won't write everything out every time >
Use the tool to create a USB key to update, repair, or reinstall Windows
Windows 11 if compatible, you can check with WhyNotWin11
https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases
Windows 10 https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10/
Windows 11 https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11
If you already have the Windows ISO file that you can download from the tool, you can create your USB key with Rufus
If the PC is old, you need to create the key in MBR mode
If it is recent (Windows 8 or higher) in GPT mode > For Windows 11 GPT
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu
https://www.malekal.com/liste-touches-acces-bios-boot-menu-constructeur/
If you don’t see it, you can search Google for “[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key”
Choose “Custom Installation” (Not upgrade)
No need to format if there is space, if there is data, it will be located in a Windows.old folder
Install on the same partition, or alternatively, delete all system partitions and create a new one (Deleting data).
