I can't sync my wireless earbuds.

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem. I recently bought wireless earbuds (the ones you see in the photo), but I can't get them to sync with each other. I've tried a lot of things like pressing the right one three times to get the left one to connect, but I just hear a voice saying "pairing" without anything happening!


Sometimes I hear "the device is connected" for both, but it doesn't do anything at all. I can only connect one earbud, the right one, and the left one remains undetectable.

Oh, I don't think so because it works; it's just no longer detectable on the phone.
