Create an Instagram account without a phone number

Hello,

I recently created an Instagram account with my email address. Then, after trying to log in, Instagram asks me to "add a phone number to get back on Instagram."

How can I have an account without a phone number?

    Normally, indeed it’s one or the other according to their help center =>

    So there’s no reason why it shouldn't work.
    You have no way to bypass this request, like a "later" button or anything (sorry but I don’t use Instagram).
