Facebook gray account

Hello,

I'm reaching out regarding a problem with a Facebook business page that I would like to take over managing.

To keep it short, a business page was created without a personal account about 5 or 6 years ago.
However, today, while attempting to regain control, I notice that this account is unavailable because it's a gray account (created a page without a personal account).

I can still access this account with some URL manipulation.
So I'd like to know if deleting this page completely will allow me to create a personal account later using the same email address.

I am also interested in knowing your URL manipulations because an account I manage has become obsolete for some time now, and I am no longer able to make new posts. Thank you in advance.
