Hello,
I have a problem and I don't know much about it at all, so I was hoping someone could help me...
Sorry, it's really long but the context might be important to know.
Basically, my friend and I thought it would be interesting to apply to be an extra in films, so I created an account like you do on Amazon or YouTube, but it asks me for my IBAN. The friend in question tells me that this is probably because some extra roles are paid. So I provide my IBAN and finish creating my account.
Soon after, I received an email saying that I was subscribed to a €12 per month subscription and that I had 4 free days at the beginning. I immediately went to the website to cancel it. But not only is the page intended for that almost impossible to find, but on top of that, it asks me for a subscription number which I can get by email, but the page tells me that my address does not exist.
I then sent an email to the people who manage the site explaining my problem. They respond that I need to print out a form (I don't have a printer) and send it by mail (I don't have anything to send mail with, and I am a student, I can't afford to pay for that). So I sent them the completed form by email (which should be equivalent) but they told me they don't want it! I've sent several emails since Friday, but they refuse to respond and I've been charged €12 today!
Does anyone have a way to help me please? It's really important ????????

The termination conditions are explained in paragraph e) on this page.
If you do not receive a favorable response, contact your bank to refuse these withdrawals.

It's been a while since I forgot about the forum, but this might help someone. In fact, this site doesn't provide any information anywhere, so you can easily get caught out!
So first of all, as mentioned above, you need to call your bank advisor to block transactions while you cancel the subscription, and then the cancellations can only be done via mail, there's no other way to do it. I was worried about potential legal issues with the site regarding the blocking of payments, but nothing happened, so no worries on that front.
Hoping this helps someone else.
I will see about calling my bank, hoping that it works.
