Hello, I want to cancel my subscription to figurants.com but I can't find the section explaining how to do it...

Please help me, they are going to charge me €12 tomorrow otherwise.

The subscription number is in the email they send when you sign up. There is a PDF file that contains the reference number (reserved for administration). But the problem here is that there is no link to cancel the subscription. It's a lie to find the subscription number. Even if you have this number, there is no way to cancel the subscription. The only thing I could do was to block my credit card.

It's a total scam... as usual, it's easy to subscribe when the initial cost is 0.90 cents... but good luck trying to unsubscribe afterward...

No option is valid to unsubscribe... impossible to activate the unsubscription while the days keep passing... even though it is so easy to subscribe... even searching through their site, it's impossible to find the right procedure...

So, how did you get out of that situation???
I am in the same case as you, when I try to log in, it tells me "this user does not exist"... I sent an email through the "click here" link to recover my codes... and nothing!!
I try to sign up with the same information used during my first registration and then I get the message "we already have an account with this email address"!!!
If I understand correctly, they are dishonest and are making sure I can't unsubscribe!!
Oh, by the way, to tell you about their ethics, they charged me €12 in April and May, even though all jobs in the entertainment and cinema industry are at a complete standstill!!!

I am stunned, I am trying to cancel my registration, impossible!
Moreover, either I can no longer read my bank statements, or I'm hallucinating, but I have a withdrawal on April 19, 2021 of 12 euros and another on April 20, 2021 for 12 euros as well!
